In 2001 he was hired as full-time Illustrator/Designer for a Manchester NH toy company; Illuminations/Creative Discovery where he continued to produce product illustration, product design, package design / illustrations, point of purchase displays, as well as, catalog design. When the company was consolidated to one large company, Rich was chosen to create the new logo as well as come up with a new look for their packaging.
